User Research

To understand the pain points, I interviewed 13 stylists & 10 stylist client

  • Liat
    10 Years Stylist

My overarching goal is to help women love themselves. I have a deep emotional connection and beautiful friendships with every client

  • Hen
    Had a Styling Day

I met a stylist because I don’t dare to try new fashions.. The meeting was perfect but I felt I needed more time with her!

The reasons why a single stylist meeting caused a sense of missing:

  • Client:

A feeling of inconsistent fashion knowledge, Insecurity about using clothes purchased at the meeting, indecision in selecting and matching clothing, and embarrassment from further consultation

  • Stylist:

The stylist believes that meeting their clients is the beginning of a process and that it is a journey that they can share. Additionally, the client continues to consult after the meeting (for free)

Research Insights

  • To keep clients updated, we will present a personal feed on the homepage made by the stylist, including shopping links, tips, and challenges

  • To make the client feel free to reach out to the stylist, we will be able to access the chat and leave messages without interruption

  • To give users more options for mixing and matching clothes, there is an option to upload the existing wardrobe
